The annual visit for members and friends of the Johnson Society to see examples of eighteenth century art will take place at the National Gallery of Victoria on the afternoon of Sunday 10 April 2016. This year we will be looking at a special exhibition of Eighteenth Century Porcelain Sculpture, carefully selected from the Gallery’s rich collection.

The NGV has particularly rich holdings of eighteenth-century porcelain sculpture, including a number of rare and important works by Continental and English factories. This is the first large-scale https://www.ngv.vic.gov.au/exhibition/eighteenth-century-porcelain-sculpture/

Please meet at NGV St Kilda Road on the inside of the Water Wall at 2:15 for 2:30 start.

Details of the 2016 Seminar and 2016 Fleeman Lecture will be available soon
