Visit to Supreme Court Library

We have organised a tour to reveal the history, architecture and collection of the Supreme Court Library.  This will take place at 11:00 am on Monday  21st October.

On the tour we will explore the four levels of the magnificent Supreme Court Library. Opened in 1884, the library is of legal, architectural, historical and social significance and has one of the largest law collections in the State.

The library has at least six items related to Johnson, including an 1857 edition in 4 volumes of Johnson’s  The dramatic works of William Shakespeare
